What you will do

As an HR Generalist at Boxfusion, you will play a key role in the full employee lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Payroll coordination and HR admin
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems
  • Driving recruitment and graduate program activities

You will also work alongside another HR Generalist to deliver:

  • Seamless induction and onboarding
  • Meaningful learning and development
  • High-impact engagement and retention initiatives
  • Smooth offboarding processes

This is a hands-on role in a collaborative team, where no two days look the same. We are building scalable, people-first HR processes, and you will be at the centre of it.

What you will bring

  • 2–4 years’ HR generalist experience (payroll, admin, recruitment a must)
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. Simplepay, teamflect, airtable, pipefy)
  • Strong Excel and documentation skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and a love of organisation
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build trust
  • A proactive, team-first mindset
