What you will do
As an HR Generalist at Boxfusion, you will play a key role in the full employee lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on:
- Payroll coordination and HR admin
- Maintaining and updating HR systems
- Driving recruitment and graduate program activities
You will also work alongside another HR Generalist to deliver:
- Seamless induction and onboarding
- Meaningful learning and development
- High-impact engagement and retention initiatives
- Smooth offboarding processes
This is a hands-on role in a collaborative team, where no two days look the same. We are building scalable, people-first HR processes, and you will be at the centre of it.
What you will bring
- 2–4 years’ HR generalist experience (payroll, admin, recruitment a must)
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. Simplepay, teamflect, airtable, pipefy)
- Strong Excel and documentation skills
- Sharp attention to detail and a love of organisation
- Great communication skills and the ability to build trust
- A proactive, team-first mindset
