About the job Graduate Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to support the design, development, and delivery of innovative software solutions. You’ll work closely with business analysts, designers, and developers to help translate ideas into working products. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from research and requirements gathering to design, testing, and deployment — while giving you the opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Capture requirements and business context during stakeholder discussions.
  • Support stakeholder engagement by documenting challenges, needs, and improvement areas.
  • Conduct preliminary research to inform solution feasibility and scope.
  • Perform desktop research and document current workflows and user journeys.
  • Assist in preparing user stories, and low-fidelity wireframes.
  • Contribute to drafting site maps, user journeys, and mock-ups under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Participate in requirements refinement sessions and design workshops to understand user and system needs.
  • Support the preparation of demos and pilot testing.
  • Help collect and document technical and operational data to support decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing requirements specifications, acceptance criteria, and deployment readiness materials.
  • Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements during sprints.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by helping draft test cases, log feedback, and document defects.

Ideal Candidate :

  • A bachelor’s degree in information systems, information technology or related field.
  • A keen interest in software design, digital transformation, or product development.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn about Agile methodologies, business analysis, and UX design.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts, data analysis, or design tools (e.g., Balsamiq) would be advantageous.

Application Process:
