Overview:
Boxfusion is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing & Communications Officer to join our growing Marketing & Communications function. This role is central to how we position our brand, engage the market, and accelerate growth across our public sector footprint. The successful candidate will drive integrated marketing execution, strengthen brand visibility, and enable revenue growth through campaigns, content, events, and CRM-driven marketing. This is a growth-enabling role at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and customer engagement.
Key Purpose of the Role:
Execute and optimise integrated marketing initiatives to:
- Elevate brand visibility
- Drive qualified lead generation and nurturing
- Support pipeline growth
- Strengthen stakeholder engagement
- Deliver campaigns that convert interest into opportunity
Key responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, and event platforms.
- Develop campaign messaging frameworks and ensure consistent storytelling across channels.
- Track campaign performance and optimise based on insights.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation:
- Drive qualified lead generation initiatives aligned to strategic business priorities.
- Develop targeted campaigns by sector and persona. Implement lead capture strategies and support conversion optimisation initiatives.
Lead Nurturing & Customer Journey Marketing:
- Build structured lead nurturing journeys and segmented communication flows.
- Deliver personalised content aligned to buyer stages. Collaborate with sales teams to improve follow-up effectiveness and engagement.
CRM Systems Management & Marketing Automation:
- Manage CRM systems and support marketing automation workflows.
- Ensure data quality, segmentation, and campaign reporting accuracy. Develop dashboards and track marketing contribution to pipeline growth.
Event Marketing & Brand Activation:
- Plan and execute webinars, conferences, client events, and brand activations.
- Coordinate vendors, logistics, and stakeholder engagement. Repurpose event content into ongoing marketing campaigns.
Content Strategy & Development:
- Develop and maintain content strategies aligned to brand and growth objectives.
- Create marketing and sales enablement content including articles, presentations, case studies, social media content, and campaign assets. Translate technical concepts into accessible messaging.
Brand Positioning & Communications:
- Support brand positioning initiatives and maintain consistency across all communications.
- Enhance market visibility and support thought leadership activities. Assist with internal and external
communications initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
- Collaborate across business units to align marketing execution with strategic objectives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders. Support business growth
priorities through integrated marketing support.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, or related functions
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and content development
- Exposure to CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Understanding of lead generation and customer journey marketing
- Experience working within technology, consulting, or public sector environments is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
- Certifications in digital marketing, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools will be advantageous
