Working arrangement: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in our Midrand office and 2 days remote.
Commencement date: 01 July 2026
Overview:
The Junior Product Analyst is to develop analysis capability while supporting product delivery and client-facing activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build experience in requirements documentation, solution design, and product discovery within a fast-paced delivery environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Document product and client requirements
- Write and maintain user stories
- Support backlog refinement and grooming
- Assist with product discovery and research activities
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Compile industry and market insights reports
- Support preparation for customer research sessions
- Assist in requirements workshops and solution documentation
- Support testing and validation activities
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Foundational understanding of Agile delivery principles
- Basic problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exposure to documentation or process modelling tools
- Bachelor’s degree in:
o Information Systems
o Computer Science
o Business Administration
o BCom (Informatics / Business Analytics preferred) - Preferred / Advantageous:
- Exposure to tools such as:
o Airtable
o Balsamiq
o Lucidchart
o Azure DevOps
o Microsoft Teams - Exposure to process modelling and documentation practices
- Experience supporting product or system implementations

- Basic Agile tools and backlog management
