Boxfusion is looking for a strategic Testing Manager to build and lead a high-performance QA function in a growing software business
This is not a traditional “manage the testers” role.
We need a quality leader who can:
- Drive automation-first testing (Selenium, Katalon, Postman, BrowserStack)
- Embed QA into CI/CD pipelines
- Reduce defect leakage and improve first-time-right delivery
- Introduce AI-driven testing practices
- Develop and mentor QA engineers into top-tier quality professionals
- Build structure, governance, and measurable quality standards
You’ll play a key role in strengthening engineering excellence and shaping the future of quality at Boxfusion.
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years in software testing
- 3+ years in QA leadership
- Strong automation experience
- Experience building frameworks & processes
- Data-driven and improvement-focused
- Passion for developing people
