Online Admissions and Electronic Document Management System

How do you manage thousands of school applications while ensuring compliance and efficiency? This was the challenge the Gauteng Department of Education faced in 2019 as they sought to reimagine their online admissions system. Originally launched in 2014 to automate applications for Grade 1 and Grade 8, the system required a redesign to accommodate new regulations and improve the document submission and verification process.
